Wark, board member of the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board, presenting the Texas City, Texas Oil Refinery disaster of 2005. Our second keynote presenters, Gary Patterson of CERI and Bryan Blake of CUSEC, will examine correlations between the Sichuan China earthquake and the New Madrid Seismic Zone and the economic impacts on the region.
